Level of Effort = LOE

We charge by the Level of Effort (LOE)—a flexible unit that combines our time, talent, and tools into one simple measure. Your marketing and creative team—on demand, not on payroll. After estimating the LOE for your project, you choose the cadence that fits your timeline and goals.

90-Minute Session = 1 LOE
Half-Day Session = 3 LOEs
Full-Day Session = 5 LOEs

  • Do session passes expire?
    Session passes expire 30-days after you cancel your membership or 90 days after a paused membership.
  • How long can I pause my membership?
    Pause your membership anytime for up to 90-days.
  • Are there limits to how many delegation requests I can have?
    After subscribing, you can add unlimited delegation requests to your queue, they will be delivered one by one in the priority you’ve set.
  • How long does it take to receive my requested designs?
    On average we are able to provide common designs back to you within 3 business days. Campaigns and more complex design work may take longer. Our Creative Services team will keep you updated on anticipated turnaround once the creative brief and scope are reviewed.
  • How many revisions may I request?
    As many as it takes. Our team will revise until you're 100% satisfied.
  • What design software do you use?
    Our designers are trained to work in the Adobe Suite, Figma and Canva.
  • Why are the fractional chief memberships by invitation only?
    Given the demanding nature of fractional work and the high level of dedication needed to excel in it, our team's capacity to take on leadership roles in other organizations is limited.
  • How often will my fractional chief meet with me or my team?
    As often as needed! Your dedicated fractional resource will create a custom meeting schedule with you to support your unique needs.
  • What kind of web development do you support?
    Our preference is Wix Classic, Wix Studio or Custom Development. We can also help develop in Weebly, Webflow, and Squarespace.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes! We offer price breaks for startups, solo-preneurs, non-profits, veterans and those referred to us by our community of clients.
  • Are there refunds?
    Due to the nature of our service, refunds are not available.
