It’s a virtual working session where we take a focused look at your customer lifecycle funnel from first impression to long-term engagement. You’ll walk away with real insights, a clear picture of what’s working (and what’s not), and a prioritized roadmap for what to do next.

Your Snapshot Evaluation is booked as a half-day session, but not all of that time is required from you.

Here’s what it typically looks like:

Pre-Session Homework: Due 48 hours before we meet

First 90 Minutes: Live discussion and discovery

Next 2 Hours: We work behind the scenes—you're free to step away

Final 60 Minutes: You rejoin for a walkthrough of your results and recommendations

We’ll send you a short pre-session homework link to fill out. If multiple team members are joining the session, we ask that each person completes it individually without discussing answers ahead of time.

Absolutely. Many clients use the Snapshot as a gut check before launching something or to realign their team. Others use it as the first step toward a larger project or retainer.

The Snapshot Evaluation is a flat $550. If you decide to move forward with a project within 30 days, we’ll apply that fee toward your next engagement. Because it’s a dedicated strategy session, payment is non-refundable.
