Maybe it is because I have hit my 40's and am firmly in my middle years. Or that my latest business turned nine this year, which certainly feels like a middle point. It could be that I recently signed the early enlistment permission slip for my teenage son to join the Marines only to hear my youngest son proudly proclaim he is next.
