That is exactly why we built Production Boosters.
Production Boosters are designed for clients who want to keep moving between Co Lab sessions without reopening strategy, rehashing decisions, or pulling everyone back into the room just to get work finished.
Strategy still happens together.
Decisions are still made in session.
Production simply carries forward in between.
We have launched three Production Booster options to support that flow.
Creative and Marketing Production Booster
This booster exists to carry the design and marcomm work forward after a session.
In Co Lab, we lock strategy, messaging, creative direction, and priorities together. The Creative and Marketing Production Booster is what allows that work to keep moving once the session ends. This booster is a fit when:
You leave a session with clarity and decisions made, but not everything can realistically be produced before the day ends. The booster allows that work to be completed by our internal design team.
You refined a design, message, or concept in session and now need clean up, polish, or final tweaks so it is ready to use.
You designed print pieces or marketing materials during a half day or Trench session and need support managing print production and delivery afterward.
You completed social planning in session and then something timely happens before your next meeting. You want that moment designed, captioned, and posted without pulling everyone back into strategy mode.
You outlined a full marketing plan, locked messaging, and agreed on design templates and now need those decisions turned into the actual assets required to run the plan.
You identified specific posting moments or timing and want posts manually deployed at exactly the right day and time.
You want execution to continue between sessions so your next meeting can focus on progress and next level decisions, not catching up.

This booster continues the video editing and organizing work established in session.
Direction, purpose, structure, and priorities are decided together. The Video Production Booster ensures video production keeps pace with those decisions between meetings.
This booster is a fit when:
You used a session to outline a video content plan and now need consistent production without starting from scratch each time.
You completed a video shoot and need footage categorized, tagged, and organized for long term file management.
You recorded content during sessions, events, or planned shoots and want it edited, formatted, and prepared for publishing afterward.
You aligned on video branding elements and want them applied consistently across multiple videos.
You identified opportunities to repurpose long form recordings into short form clips and want that execution handled between sessions.
You want videos prepped and ready to publish so sessions can focus on refinement rather than production logistics.

This booster continues the search and optimization decisions made in session.
Priority keywords, site direction, and optimization goals are set together. The Search, AI, and Technical Optimization Booster allows that strategy to be actively stewarded as performance data changes. This booster is a fit when:
You identified priority keywords or search opportunities during a session and want active growth work happening between meetings.
You aligned on SEO messaging and page structure and now need writing and updates executed after the session.
You reviewed performance data together and want ongoing monitoring without having to interpret dashboards yourself.
You agreed on site improvements and need technical updates made to your Wix site as search and AI behavior evolves.
You want responsive updates based on real performance so sessions can focus on interpretation and next steps rather than implementation.
You need technical support tied directly to optimization, indexing, or site health between sessions.

Production Booster FAQs
What is the Production Booster?
The Production Booster is an add on that extends the work of your Co Lab sessions by carrying approved execution forward between meetings. Strategy and decisions happen in session. Production happens in between.
Who is eligible to add a Production Booster?
Trench Members are automatically eligable. TIf you’re not in the Trench, you may still be eligible to boost. You’ll just want to connect with EM and Maddie to make sure your current cadence is frequent enough for the Booster to be effective
Can I add a booster for just one month?
Yes. Clients may add a Production Booster month to month or enroll on retainer for continual access.
Is there a discount for ongoing access?
Yes. Clients who enroll on a booster retainer receive a 5% discount.
How is production work identified?
Production work is identified, prioritized, and approved during your Co Lab sessions. This ensures all execution is grounded in agreed strategy, messaging, and intent.
Who completes the production work?
Production work is assigned to our internal Design and Optimization team members who specialize in execution and optimization.
Who manages the work between sessions?
A dedicated Creative Concierge oversees all production work between sessions and serves as your primary point of contact.
What if something comes up between sessions?
If something related to your session work comes up between meetings, your Creative Concierge will assess the request.
Requests that fit within the Production Booster scope will be assigned and managed
Requests that are new projects or campaigns will be catalogued for a future Co Lab session or recommended project path
Does the Production Booster support new projects or campaigns?
No. All new projects and campaigns begin in Co Lab sessions or defined Project Journeys so strategic direction, conceptual rails, and success criteria can be set first.
Why can’t new projects start in production?
This structure protects clarity and outcomes. When strategy is set in session, production can move efficiently without rework or misalignment.
How does this improve our sessions?
Because execution continues between meetings, sessions stay focused on progress, insights, and next level decisions rather than catching up on unfinished work.
What happens if we outgrow what a booster can support?
Your Creative Concierge will flag when work exceeds booster scope and recommend the appropriate Co Lab or project path to support your goals.
What happens if my requests exceed what can reasonably be completed in a month?
Together, you will:
• Reprioritize work for the current month
• Defer items to the next cycle
• Or identify a project or Co Lab path if the request exceeds booster scope
How many hours are included with a Production Booster?
Production Boosters are not sold or managed by the hour.
This is fractional production support focused on completing agreed deliverables that come out of your Co Lab sessions.
