Trench Program Reaches Capacity, November Opening Under Consideration

Earlier this month, we announced an open spot for our Trench program.

That spot has already been filled, which means the Trench is officially at full capacity.

The good news is that leaders move in and out of Trench depending on their season, needs, and level of urgency. We believe there could be an opening in November, though we cannot promise it just yet.

Here is how you know if the Trench might be right for you:

• You like a rhythm. Trench gives you a dedicated day during Trench weeks, which equals two full days a month (8 LOEs).

• You love the sync and sprint approach. Your dedicated day begins with a sync session where we review results and the list, followed by a half-day sprint session where we knock that list out for you.

• You need nimble support. We always come into the Trench with an agenda, but you are in full control of where we focus during your day. It is common to hear, “I know we were going to work on that, but I just had this opportunity land on my desk, and it is urgent.”

• You keep saying, “I really need to hire for that,” but it never moves forward because deep down you know you need a department, not just one person.

• You have learned that collaboration and many minds and hands will get you farther than trying to lone-wolf it.

• You know there is plenty of work to do, and you want the best possible rate. Trench clients can add more LOEs anytime at our very best rate, and that applies to booking retreats too.

Other benefits of the Trench include first right of refusal on new days that open up, optional Slack channel access, and, starting October 1st a dedicated Trench portal that helps you stay organized and aligned between sessions.

Once our Trench clients have had the chance to claim additional time, we open up opportunities to the waiting list.
